Supervised Child Contact Services
At Link Point Family Connections, we provide safe, structured, and child-focused supervision to support meaningful connections between children and their parents. Our services are designed to prioritise the child’s well-being while providing parents and professionals with clear insights into contact interactions.
Supervised Contact
Supervised contact provides a safe, structured environment for children to spend time with a parent or family member. Our qualified supervisors ensure safety, support child-focused interactions, and document observations.

Visits take place in homes, community spaces, or other agreed locations, depending on the needs of the child and family.
Transport Services
We provide safe and reliable transport for children attending supervised visits. Our qualified staff ensure smooth, stress-free transitions before and after visits.

Short-Term Care
We provide short-term child minding for children in care, offering a safe, supervised environment, pre-arranged by the Department, when their usual caregivers are unavailable. Our qualified staff ensure children feel secure and supported during their stay.
Available for short-term care, including overnight stays.
Our focus is on stability, emotional safety, and child-centred support.
Handover Service
We provide a neutral and structured handover service to ensure safe and smooth transitions between parents or caregivers. This service allows children to move between parents without direct contact, minimising stress and reducing the risk of conflict.
